Google review link: the shortcut to your five stars
Your customers are happy, they tell you so. But between “I will leave a review” and a published review sit Google Maps, a search and a button to find. This link removes the whole trip.
Happy customers forget. Unhappy ones do not.
You leave with
- The direct link to your review window
- A QR code to download and print
- A text and an email already written
A disappointed customer always finds the way to your profile. A delighted one moves on. For your rating to reflect reality, the gesture has to be as easy as possible.
Timing matters as much as the link: within 48 hours of the job, with a personal message. The templates are short, polite and follow Google’s rules.
Three minutes, no more
- 1
Paste your ID
Your Place ID, or the short link from the “Ask for reviews” button.
- 2
Personalize the message
Your business name, and if you like, the customer’s first name.
- 3
Send at the right time
Within two days of the job. The QR code stays on the counter.
Your questions, straight answers
Where do I find my Place ID?
With Google’s official tool, linked in the form: type your business name and it appears. It often starts with “ChIJ”.
Text or email?
Text and WhatsApp usually get more replies because they are read right away. Email stays useful for business customers.
Can I send it only to delighted customers?
No. Filtering customers before asking for a review breaks Google’s rules. Send it to everyone.
Can the QR code expire?
No. It simply holds your link. As long as your profile exists, it works.
The link is easy. Consistency is our job.
We automate review requests after every job and write the replies, delicate reviews included.
